, the Asian fund platform, is partnering with Shanghai Mingshi Investment Management to launch Mingshi China Optima Master Fund and two feeder funds. These entities invest all assets into the master fund, and operate for the benefit of US tax-exempt investors and other non-US eligible investors, Opalesque and other media outlets, the firm said.

The fund actively manages long and short equities listed in mainland China which are accessed through market access products issued by Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors and/RMB Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors.

Mingshi is based in and operates from Shanghai, China.
